  • I've been going here for almost a whole year, and I absolutely love the place. It's welcoming, fun, clean, and a great workout! The instructors are friendly and kind, they offer a lot of different classes, and it's great for both kids and adults. To me, it's a perfect middle ground between the extremes of super hardcore bro gyms that focus only on competition, and flakey programs that give you exercise but no real martial arts training.

The dojo is well appointed with safety padding on floors and pillars, and has floor to ceiling mirrors to check your form during classes.   • I started out doing adult martial arts, but liked the school and the style so much I have now also taken up Muay Thai. Both classes are a lot of fun. I am learning something new every time, and I’ve become much stronger (no more back pain, hurray!). For the quality of instruction, number of opportunities to train throughout the week and individual attention you get it’s really very good value for money. I cannot recommend this place enough!
